Q: My order is not going through?
A: 1)Make sure your billing address of the credit card matches the billing address you are entering.
2)Check to see if you selected the correct payment form (example: visa, mastercard or paypal).
Q: How do I order the right cap to fit my wheel?
A: 1) Match wheel brand and style and match the picture of the cap to your own cap.
2) Match the serial number on the back of your old cap to the serial number on the listing of the cap. Example of a serial number is MCD8171YA01 or STW-197-1.
3) If you do not know the serial number you can measure the diameter of the back of your cap.
4) Match all 3 items of your cap to the listing cap. If they all match up, you should then have the right cap
for your wheel.
Q: What if I'm still not sure which cap to order for my wheel?
A: Measure the diameter of the back of your cap and find the style number and size of your wheel
(example: 18x7.5 or 20x8.5) and then contact us at 626-443-2500 one of our specialists will help you find the correct cap for your wheel.<
Q: What if I don't have the cap to match up the serial number?

Q: I ordered the wrong cap. Can I cancel the order and place another order for the correct cap?
A: Yes, you can cancel the order as long as it has not been shipped out yet. For any cancellations please contact us at 626-443-2500.
Q: I received the wrong cap. How can I get the right cap?
A: Please double check the serial number on your invoice with the serial number on the back of the cap you
received. If the numbers match then the correct cap with sent. Please contact us at 626-443-2500 for an exchange.
Q: The cap I received was damaged. How can I get a new cap?
A: Contact us at 626-443-2500.
Q: I changed my mind. Can I return the cap?
A: Yes, you can return the cap for a full refund, minus shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your order. A 20% restocking fee will apply.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: It's a flat cost of $6.99 for all 50 States.
Q: What if I didn't receive the cap?
A: Please track your package with the tracking number provided upon shipment. Contact us with the delivery
information at 626-443-2500. Please give it a full 7 business days
after shipping before contacting us.
Q: Is the listing for 1 cap or a set of 4 caps?
A: The listing is for only 1 cap.
Q: How can I order more than 1 of the same cap?
A: You can indicate on the order the number of caps you would like. You can change the quantity in the shopping cart or next to the add to cart button.
Q: Do you provide screws for the cap?
A: Yes, we provide a standard 1 1/2" length screws.
Q: The screws do not fit. Can I get a different length screw?
A: No, the manufacturer only provides us with 1 1/2" screws and that's all we carry.
